Do you run new wiring?

No. We specialize in fixture swaps only. We use the existing electrical box and wiring. If you need a new circuit run to a new location, you need a full-service electrician.

Do you relocate plumbing?

No. We replace existing fixtures in their current location. We do not move drains or supply lines inside the walls.

Do I need to buy the fixture?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You choose and purchase the exact fixture you want (from Amazon, Home Depot, Wayfair, etc.) and have it on-site for our arrival. We focus on the installation.

Question 4

What if the new fixture is broken when I open the box?

Accepted Answer

We highly recommend you inspect the fixture before we arrive. If we arrive and the fixture is broken/unusable, a trip charge (your deposit) still applies.

Question 5

Do you take the old fixture away?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer disposal for a flat fee of $25-50 per fixture. We will haul it away and ensure it is disposed of properly.

Why do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

Because we offer specific arrival windows and block out that time for you. The 25% deposit ensures commitment and protects our technicians from last-minute cancellations.
